To make a reservation a down payment is needed. The down payment is based in the total of your reservation. In case of cancelation the down payment remains as credit and the client can use it in a future buying or renting with us. 

DANCE FLOORS TERMS: Dance floor rentals are for one day. The client can rent the dance floor for more than one day if needed. Each extra day the dance floor is rented will be charged half the price of the one-day rental.
In case of a probability of rain on the day the dance floor is rented, the dance floor cannot be rented. If the dance floor is rented and there is a chance of rain, the dance floor can be damaged by water. If there is a probability of rain on the day of dance floor rental, you must wait until the last minute if the weather changes and if the weather does not change, we cannot rent the dance floor. The dance floor can be cancelled if the client does not want to wait for the weather to change.
The client is responsible for the dance floor after delivery until the time of pick up.
The dance floor is delivered on the day of the event at the time that the client prefers or it can be delivered one day before if possible (there is no fixed time for delivery one day before unless the client pays extra for delivery at the time they prefer one day before). The dance floor is picked up the day after the event and there is no fixed time. If the client wants it to be picked up on the same day of the event an extra charge will be made.
If the dance floor has any burn damage or any other type of damage the client must pay for that damage.
