To make a reservation a down payment is needed. The down payment is based in the total of your reservation. In case of cancelation the down payment remains as credit and the client can use it in a future buying or renting with us.

CHAIRS AND TABLES: Tables and chairs are rented for one day, for each extra day you want to rent them an extra charge will be made, the extra charge will be half of the total for the rental of one day.

DELIVERY: There is extra charge for delivery fee and includes pick up. The charge for delivery fee is depending on the distance.
Delivery will be on the day of the event at the time you prefer and you will be called before going to the place.  Delivery can be made a day before if possible and you like but there is no fixed time for delivery, you can pay extra to request a fixed time for delivery one day before. Tables and chairs must be checked and counted at the time of delivery by the client. Any broken, damaged or lost table must be paid for.
Costs: Rectangular table $70, Round table $120, Plastic chair $16, Resin chair $36.
Staples, glues of any kind, silicone, or tacks are not allowed or we will charge for removing them. Upon delivery, the client is responsible for the tables and chairs until they are picked up.
Tables and chairs will be picked up the next day after the event. If the client wants it to be picked up on the same day of the event an extra charge will be made. There is no set pick-up time, we will schedule it for you before we go to the location. Please have the tables and chairs ready for pick up.

PICK UP: The client can pick up the tables and chairs on the day of the rental at any time during store hours. You can pick up the tables and chairs one day in advance two hours before closing time. If you want to pick up the tables and chairs early one day in advance, an extra day fee will be charged. When picking up your rental at the store, the client must count and check the tables and chairs. We do not load or unload the tables and chairs from the client's vehicles. The client must pick up the tables and chairs from inside the store and return them inside the store ( There is only one exception if there is a worker at the store who can help the client to load and unload). The tables and chairs must be returned the next day after the event at any time during store hours or an extra day fee will be charged for the extra day you have the chairs and tables.
Any table or chair that is returned damaged will be charged a fee.

If there is a table or chair that is missing at the time of return, the client must leave a deposit of $20 per chair and $60 per table and the deposit will be returned when the client returns the missing table or chair.

TABLECLOTH: When renting tablecloths, we deliver the tablecloths ready and ironed. We make deliveries and they are delivered the same as the tables and chairs. At the time of delivery, the client must count and inspect them. After delivery, the client is responsible for the tablecloths. The tablecloths will be picked up the day after the event. The client must have the tablecloths ready to pick up.
The client can pick up the tablecloths if they prefer. They can pick them up the day of the event or the day before and they must return them the day after the event.
If the client wants to rent them for more than one day, there is an extra charge of half of the total for a one-day rental for each additional day that they want to rent them.
It is not necessary for the client to wash the tablecloths, we will take care of washing them.
Wax, silicone, or burning them or any damaged tablecloth will not be allowed and will be charged.
Costs: Tablecloth $18, Diamond $8 Chair cover $3
If a tablecloth is missing when returning them, a deposit of $20 must be left and it will be returned when the client returns the missing tablecloth.
